One- vehicle wreck leaves one person dead

44th annual Sanhills Celebration set for July 31-Aug 3

The 44th annual Sandhills Celebration is set for Wednesday, July 31st through Saturday, August 3rd.An Open House at the Cavett Memorial Center will kick things off of Wednsday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Olton Volunteer Ambulance Association will be serving hamburgers at the Pavilion at 6 p.m.
