The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity baseball team won a seeding game over Lamesa on Monday, 6-2, at Lubbock-Cooper High School, to earn the third seed in District 3-3A going into the play-offs. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 12-11-1 overall, 5-4 in district play.

The Sudan varsity track teams competed at the Region I-2A Regional Track Meet at West Texas A&M’s Track and Field Complex in Canyon on Friday and Saturday with the Nettes finishing 18 with 11 points and the Hornets finishing tied for 30 with one point.
