The Littlefield Mustangs’ varsity baseball team dropped their first meeting of the season with the Shallowater Mustangs on the road on Monday, 8-3.With the loss, the Wildcats fall to 14-6 overall, 5-2 in district play.

Wildcats take down Bobcats, 6-3, in first meeting SATURDAY

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity baseball team scratched for a, 6-3, win over the Dimmitt Bobcats on Saturday in their first meeting of the season.With the win, the Wildcats improve to 14-5 overall, 5-1 in district play.

Hornets take 1st, Nettes place 3rd at Son Qualls Relays

The Sudan varsity track teams hosted the Son Quall Relays at Hornet Stadium in Sudan on Friday with the Hornets finishing first overall with 178 points and the Nettes placing third with 95 points.Individual results are as follows:Girl’s 100-meter dash4th Andrea Williams 13.6310th Masyn Provence 14.

Amherst varsity track teams compete at Son Qualls Relays

The Amherst varsity track teams competed at the Son Quall Relays at Hornet Stadium in Sudan on Friday with the Bulldogs finishing sixth with 18 points and the Lady Bulldogs placing seventh with 13 points.Individual results are as follows:Girl’s 100-meter dash8th Deserie Rodriguez 14.

Wolverines open district with a, 9-8, victory over Crosbyton

The Springlake-Earth Wolverines’ varsity baseball team opened district play on Saturday with a, 98, home victory over Crosbyton.With the win, the Wolverines improve to, 5-7 overall, 1-0 in district play.
