The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity volleyball team fell to the River Road Lady Cats on Tuesday at home at Wildcat Gymnasium, 0-3. With the loss, the Lady Cats fall to 12-7 overall on the season.

The Littlefield Wildcats and Lady Cats’ Junior High cross country teams competed at the Littlefield Invitational last weekend, where the Lady Cats finished 2nd overall with 61 points and the Wildcats finished fourth overall with 80 points.

The Springlake-Earth Lady Wolverines and Wolverines’ Junior High cross country teams competed at the Littlefield Invitational last weekend, where the Lady Wolverines finished fifth overall with 129 points.

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity football team won their homecoming game on Friday over the Post Antelopes, 38-14. With the win, the Wildcats improved to 2-1 overall on the season.

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity and JV cross country teams competed at the Littlefield Invitational. On the varsity side, Brinley Acevedo led the Lady Cats finishing 50th with a time of 14:49, while Ari Castillo finished 52nd with a time of 14:49, and Jazmine Rosalez finished 68th with a time of 15:30.

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity and JV cross country teams competed at the Littlefield Invitational where the Wildcats finished seventh as a team with 193 points. On the varsity side, Braedy Saenz placed 23rd overall with a time of 20:58, while Brandon Marines finished 38th with a time of 22:18, and Ramiro Candelario finished 42nd with a time of 22:32.
