LADY CATS FALL TO DENVER CITY IN FIRST MEETING OF SEASON

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity volleyball team fell to the Denver City Fillies on Saturday, 0-3, in their first meeting of district play. With the loss, the Lady Cats fall to 1-1 in District Play The Lady Cats fell into an early hole, dropping the first set, 8-25, and second set, 7-25.

Amherst set to take on Claude Thursday night

The Amherst Bulldogs’ varsity football team suffered a tough loss during their Homecoming game on Friday, as they fell to the Wildorado Mustangs, 23-22. With the loss, the Bulldogs fall to 2-3 overall on the season.

Olton drops tough contest to owls, 32-14

The Olton Mustangs’ varsity football team had two late turnovers in the fourth quarter, as they fell to the Hale Center Owls on Friday, 32-14. With the loss, the Mustangs fall to 2-2 overall on the season.

Lady Cats open district with win over Dimmitt

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity volleyball team opened district play on Tuesday night on the road with a 3-0 victory over the Dimmitt Bobbies, 25-15, 25-22 and 25-23. With the win, the Lady Cats improve to 1-0 in district play.
