Nettes take third at Roughneck Relays; Hornets finish fourth

The Sudan varsity track teams competed at the Roughneck Relays at Slaughter Field in Sundown on Friday with the girls taking third place overall with 100 points and the Hornets finishing fourth with 89.5 points. Individual results are as follows: Girl’s 100-meter dash 2 nd Melodia Rodriquez 13.

Amherst track teams compete at Bobcat Relays

The Amherst JV track teams competed at the Bobcat Relays in Dimmitt on Friday with the girls finishing fourth overall with 52 points and the boys finishing sixth with 42 points. Individual results are as follows: Girl’s 100-meter dash 1 st Dennys Reyes 13.66 13 th America Pacheco 16.

The Sudan Nettes’ varsity softball team picked up a, 14-1, victory over Petersburg on Monday to improve to 5-3 overall on the season. Sudan jumped on the Lady Buffaloes early, as they pushed two runs across in the bottom of the first inning, making the score, 2-0.
