The 2A ranked Olton Mustangs went on the road Tuesday night and took down the Springlake-Earth Wolverines, 85-56. With the win, the Mustangs improve to 5-0 on the year, while the Wolverines fall to 1-2 overall on the season.

The Springlake-EarthLadyWolverines’ varsity basketball team took down the Olton Fillies on Tuesday, at Wolverine With the win, the Lady Wolverines improve to 3-3 overall on the season, while the Fillies fall to a mark of2-5 on the year. Senior, Carsann Baker, was fouled on a shot attempt to open the game; she converted both five throws to put the Lady Wolverines in front, 2-0.

Wildcats take down Smyer, 44-36

The Littlefield Wildcats varsity basketball team battled the Smyer Bobcats on Saturday, as they came out on top, 44-36. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 4-2 overall on the season.

On Nov. 23rd, Springlake-Earth freshman, Taytum Goodman, blazed a time of 11:18.29 to become the 1A Girl’s Cross Country State Champion and the 1A girl’s cross country record holder.
