Dear Editor and Readers,
I am writing on behalf of Littlefield Cemetery Association. This is the old cemetery.
This is the time of year when membership dues are paid and sometimes donations are given. If you paid your dues or made a donation. Thank you so very much.
The money is used solely for up keep of the cemetery. That includes parts for or work on mowers or any other machinery and of course fuel. All are expensive.
As summer gives way to fall the cemetery is in very good conditions. The roads are well cared for as well. We are very proud of the way it looks. If you have any interest in that area, drive out there and look. You should be proud as well.
We gratefully accept donations or memorials in any amount, anytime. If you have paid your dues, thank you if not please consider paying. We survive on this money, the city does not contribute to this effort.
Dues are $25.00 yearly. Membership is a one time payment of $1.00. Our mailing address is Littlefield Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 1371. Littlefield, Texas 79339.
