Billie Louise Deckelman, 93, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2020 in Levelland. She was born Sept. 23, 1927 in Lamb County, TX to Ottie Lee Baisden and Vergie (Tomson) Baisden. Billie was a homemaker who loved being outside, tending to her yard.

Winifred Bradabe Hayes

Winifred Bradabe Hayes, 94, went to be with the Lord on Sept. 28, 2020 in Littlefield, TX. She was born April 4, 1926 to Willis Allbritton and Winnie Mary Elizabeth Carroll in Fullbright, TX. Known as Toby by those closest to her, she was known for her great stories and contagious laugh.
