Lydia Medina, 72, of Littlefield, Texas passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 in Denison, Texas. She was born on Aug. 8, 1953, to Andres and Theodora Medina in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Lydia worked for American Cotton Growers for many years in Littlefield. In her down time, Lydia could be found with her focus glued to a crossword puzzle. During her time of relaxation, she would watch Halmark or Lifetime movies.
Lydia had a big, courageous heart and fought cancer, heart failure, and cirrhosis until the end. She kept her life rooted in faith and would turn on Christian music and worship to remind herself that through it all, her Lord was near.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, and his fiancé; five grandchildren; two brothers, and their spouses; two sisters, and a brother in law; multiple nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Lydia is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and a sister.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Grace Chapel within Hillcrest Funeral Home Littlefield, Texas. Interment will be in Littlefield Memorial Park in Littlefield.
