Louise M. Albus, 94, passed away peacefully Jan. 5, 2021. Rosary was recited Thursday evening, Jan. 14, 2021 in Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel. A graveside service was held Friday afternoon, Jan. 15, 2021 at Saint Phillips Cemetery in Pep, TX.

Louise was born Dec. 15, 1926 in Pep, to Lawrence and Clara Frerich Albus. She graduated from Briar Cliff College in Sioux City, IA with a degree in Medical Technology. She worked for the Veterans Administration in Amarillo, TX and Indian Health Services in Pawnee, OK and lived in Stillwater, OK for most of her life She was an active member of Christ the King Cathedral. Louise enjoyed and had a gifted talent for creating beautiful hand works of art including crochet, knitting, cross stitch and quilting. She was happiest spending time with friends and family sharing her faith and interests.

She is survived by her sister, Monica Albus Macha; nephews, Tim Macha and wife, Shelley, Mark Macha and wife, Laura, Jim Ed Macha and wife, Becky, Steven Macha and wife, Karen; nieces, Cindy White and husband, Eddie, Mary Ann Marnell and husband, Doug; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by parents, Lawrence and Clara Albus, sister, Alice T. Albus and brother, Rhienart V. Albus.
