In Loving Memory Of Loretta Bills

Church service for Loretta Bills, age 83, of Earth, TX, is scheduled for 11 a.m., Saturday, April 24, 2021 at First Baptist Church in Earth with Mike Bryant of Earth and Ricky Galvan of Andrews, TX officiating. Burial will be in Earth Memorial Cemetery. Loretta passed away Monday, Apirl 12, 2021 in Earth. She was born Nov. 8, 1937 in Olton, TX to Raeman S. and Kathleen (Martin) Cole.

Loretta married Clifford Bills in Earth on Jan. 14, 1955. She was a master florist for over 50 years, and a co-owner of The Garden Gate in Earth for many years. Loretta was one of the best when making funeral arrangements, anniversary flowers, birthday bouquets or just “because” flowers. Her thoughtfulness was evident in everything she did. Loretta was a member of the First Baptist Church in Earth, where she was active with many committees, and a charter member of ‘We the Women’.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Wayne Cole. Loretta is survived by her husband, Clifford; her three daughters, Jen Daniel and her husband, David of Vancouver, Wash., Lesia Whisenhunt and her husband, Ronnie of Denver City, TX and Deniece Clifton and her husband, Randy of Gatesville, TX; her two sisters, Frances Watkins of Salado, TX and Regina Meeks of Pittsburg, TX; her two brothers, Carol Cole of Salado, TX and Jessy Cole of Weatherford, TX; her twelve grandchildren; and her thirteen great-grandchildren.
