In Loving Memory Of Juan Ruiz Jr.

Juan Ruiz Hernandez, Jr., 85, of Littlefield, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2020 in San Antonio.

Zoom Memorial services were held Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020.

He was born June 8, 1935 in Banquete, TX to Juan and Maria Hernandez. He worked at Lamb County Electric Coop until he retired in 2000. He was a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses.

He enjoyed watching western shows, working on the yard, going fishing, helping fix cars, and spending time with family and talking to brothers.

Juan was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Maria Hernandez; a son, Richard Hernandez; two brothers, Manuel and Jose Hernandez; and a sister, Cruz Sauceda.

Juan is survived by his wife, Olga Hernandez; two sisters, Dora Perez and Grace Chavez of California; two daughters, Irene Hernandez and husband, Robert, of Littlefield; Donna Carabajal and husband, Rick of Beeville, TX; five sons, Roel, Raul, Orlando, and Chris Hernandez of Littlefield, and Marcos Hernandez of San Antonio; one grandson, Ricky Juan Carabajal of Beeville; four granddaughters, Ivana Hernandez of Littlefield, Samantha and Micaela Hernandez and Jessica Perez of San Antonio.

Juan is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
