JOHN CHRIS JONES

John Christopher Jones, 53, of Olton, TX passed away on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2020. He was born to Anita Burnett Mandrell and John Paul Jones on Thursday, September 21, 1967

Chris was a graduate of the Olton class of 1986. After graduating from Olton High School, Chris went on to attend Wayland Baptist University. A few years later, he attended barber school. For the next 24 years, Chris spent his days running the Mustang Barber Shop and working as the barber at the Runningwater Draw Care Center. When Chris was not at the barber shop, you could find to yard, helping in the kitchen on Wednesday nights for Team Kid.

A celebration of his life was held at a graveside service at the Olton Cemetery on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020 at 1 p.m. with Brother David Azam and Rev. Donnie Brown officiating and under the special care of Ramage Funeral Directors.
