Jesus Hernandez, 58, of Littlefield, TX, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026, in Lubbock, TX. He was born on Nov. 7, 1967, in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico to Simon Hernandez Rivera and Maria Reyes Cisneros.
On April 26, 1986, Jesus married his wife, Maria Domninguez Hernandez. Jesus was fluent in English, in addition to Spanish. He was also the protector and provider of his family. Jesus worked as a farmer and worked his way to becoming a talented welder. He enjoyed singing karaoke and dancing. Despite living in America, he stayed in touch with his family in Mexico. Jesus was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Littlefield.
Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife; three daughters; a son-in-law; seven grandchildren; and his numerous brothers and sisters.
Jesus was preceded in death by his parents. Mass for Jesus Hernandez was held Friday morning, March 27, 2026, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Littlefield with Father Jeff Church officiating. Rosary was recited Thursday evening, March 26, 2026, at Grace Chapel within Hillcrest Funeral Home. Interment was in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Littlefield.
