ELIZABETH DEL CASTILLO

Elizabeth Del Castillo, 35, of Olton, died Wednesday, March 31, 2021, in Lubbock. Rosary was said Tuesday evening, April 6, 2021, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, in Olton. Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, with Fr. Jacob Powell officiating and under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

A lifetime Olton resident, Elizabeth was born July 21, 1985, in Plainview, TX, to Jose and Marisela (Herrera) Cruz. She married Ruben Del Castillo on Dec. 29, 2001, and graduated from Olton High School in 2002. Elizabeth worked as a unit clerk at Runningwater Draw Care Center in Olton. She was also involved in her children’s activities at school and served in the Olton Band Booster Club.
