Cheryl Lynn Godwin, 68, of Littlefield, TX passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2026. She was born on June 12, 1958, in Bonham, TX to Leroy and Rachel Holmes.
Cheryl was a graduate of Spade High School, Class of ’76. She went on to obtain an associate’s degree in business. On May 21, 2005, Sam Godwin and Cheryl married.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Grace Chapel within Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield, with Jeremy Willis officiating. Interment followed in Ropesville Cemetery in Ropesville, TX.
Arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
