Carolyn Sue Anderson, 78, of Anton passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021 in Lubbock, TX. She was born Nov. 14, 1943 in Locust Grove, OK to O.D. Martin and Eva Marie Martin.
Sue moved to Texico, NM from Oklahoma in 1953. She graduated from Texico High School in 1962. Then married Travis “Bud” Anderson in 1962 in House, NM. Then later settled at their family farm in Anton, TX. She helped raise her grandchildren living life to the fullest on the farm.
Services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday Aug. 3, 2021 at The Pentecostals of Lubbock with Rev. Dale Bostic officiating. Interment followed at Anton cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Jeremy Walden, Casey Walden, Nathan Bostic, Daniel Garcia, Steven Lovvorn, and Jesse Anderson. Arrangements are under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield, TX.
