Lamb County District Clerk releases Records from the Courthouse

On Jan. 11, 2023, Michelle Lynn Weidman, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which she was convicted: Burglary of a Building, that occurred on Nov. 11, 2021.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 18 months TDCJ, CID – State Jail, but the Sentence of Confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for two years.

She is ordered to pay Reimbursement fees in the amount of $ 515 and Court Costs in the amount of $290.

On Jan. 11, 2023, Rodney Allan Snead, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Poss CS PG 1 < 1G – Lesser Included Offense, that occurred on Feb. 9, 2020.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 60 days in the County Jail. He was given 105 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 24 months TDCJ, CID – State Jail, but the Sentence of Confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for two years.

DEFERREDADJUDICATION

On Jan. 11, 2023, Alexander Cruz Sierra entered a guilty plea to the offense of Poss CS PG 1/1-B >=4G<200G, that occurred on April 2, 2022. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for eight years, he will also have to serve 90 days up front jail time as well as taking a Drug Offender Education Program.

He also has to pay a fine of $1,000, Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $665, Restitution in the amount of $360 and $290 in court costs.

On Jan. 11, 2023, Michael Don Pitts entered a guilty plea to the offense of Poss CS PG 1/1-B<1G, that occurred on Aug. 17, 2022. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for three years.

He also has to pay Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $515, Restitution in the amount of $180 and $290 in court costs.

On Jan. 31, 2023, Aaron Parker entered a guilty plea to the offense of Assault Fam/House Mem Impede Breath/Ciculat, that occurred on Oct. 5, 2021. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for two years, he will also have to pay a $100 Family Violence Fine.

He also has to pay a fine of $650, Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $515 and $290 in court costs.

On Feb. 14, 2023, George Allen Rios entered a guilty plea to the offense of Assault Fam/House Mem Impede Breath/Circulat, that occurred on March 28, 2022. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for three years, he will also have to do eight hours AMC, no contact with victim M.R., 140 hours CS, Screen for substance abuse and comply with any treatment recommendations.

He also has to pay a fine of $500, Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $15 and $290 in court costs.

ADJUDICATINGGUILT

Nicole Renee Ybarra entered a True Plea to a Motion to Adjudicate the first degree felony charge of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, that occurred on Jan. 18, 2014. He was sentenced to 10 years Institutional Division, TDCJ, He the sentence of confinement was suspended and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for five years.

She is also ordered to pay Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $450.

Angel Luis Escamilla entered a True Plea to a Motion to Adjudicate the State Jail felony charge of Poss CS PG 1/1-B <1G, that occurred on Aug. 30, 2021. He was sentenced to 15 months State Jail Divison, TDCJ. The Sentence shall run concurrent with DCR-6171-21.

He is also ordered to pay Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $450, Restitution in the amount of $ 180 and Court Costs in the amount of $450.

Angel Luis Escamilla entered a True Plea to a Motion to Adjudicate the State Jail felony charge of Poss CS PG 1<1G, that occurred on July 7, 2021. He was sentenced to 15 months State Jail Divison, TDCJ. The Sentence shall run concurrent with DCR-6215-22. He was given 97 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs.

He is also ordered to pay Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $450, Restitution in the amount of $ 180 and Court Costs in the amount of $805.
