On Dec. 21, 2022, Antonio Christian Hinojosa, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Driving While Intoxicated, that occurred on Nov. 15, 2022.
The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 60 days confinement in the County Jail, but the Sentence of Confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for two years.
He is ordered to pay fines in the amount of $1,000, Court Costs in the amount of $270 and Restitution in the amount of $60.
