Joshua “Chacho” Ojeda

Joshua “Chacho” Ojeda 37, of Littlefield, passed away November 4, 2021 in Lubbock, TX. He was born to Alvaro Ojeda and Clara Cruz on November 28, 1983. Joshua graduated from Littlefield High School in May of 2002. He married the love ofhis life, Jessica Ramirez, in Littlefield on May 20, 2006.

Joshua loved coaching kids football, basketball, softball and baseball. Joshua was an avid disk golf player, winning several tournaments. He also had his own softball team, "The Nightmares" . Joshua was the number one Dallas Cowboy fan Dallas ever had. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed telling jokes. He was very giving and helped anyone who asked for help no questions asked.

Joshua loved his family with consists of a loving wife, Jessica Ojeda; daughters, Marissa, Yesenia, Amanda, and Araceli Ojeda; one son, Joshua "Chachito" Ojeda; and one beautiful granddaughter, Amaya Chambers. Joshua is also survived by his dad and mom, Alvaro Ojeda and Clara Cruz; a step-dad Gustavo Cruz and step-mom, Maggie Ojeda. Brothers and sisters include Miguel Ojeda and his wife, Bianca, Alma Ojeda, Rosario Cruz, Esteban, and Andres Ojeda; grandmother, Dora Ojeda; Hope Ramirez, mother-in-law; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews who loved him very much.

Joshua was preceded in death by his Grandfathers, Camilo Lovato and David Ojeda; Grandmothers Gloria "Leke" Lovato, Tio Ismael Ojeda, and Tia Concha Ojeda

Services were held November 10, 2021 in Grace Chapel at Hillcrest Funeral home. Arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
