The Nov. 2 nd Constitutional Amendments special election in Texas is over and the votes have been tallied. All eight of the State of Texas Propositions passed.

The Constitutitional Amendments special election in Texas was held on Nov. 2, 2021.

Every Texan had a chance to decide on eight amendments to the Texas Constitution, addressing issues of eligibility of judicial candidates, homestead tax exemptions for surviving spouses and ballot measures proposed in response to pandemic-related restrictions on worship services and nursing homes.

Here are the results of the Constitutional Amendments from Lamb County:

“The constitutional amendment authorizing the professional sports team charitable foundations of organizations sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association or the Women’s Professional Rodeo Association to conduct charitable raffles at rodeo venues.”
