The Lord Sees, He Knows and He Cares. He not only cares. He is such a wonderful Father, that he understands as well. His understanding is beyond our comprehension. He understands the intentions of each and every one of our hearts. He knows our rising up and he knows our laying down. He knows. He sees, He hears the pondering of our hearts. He knows and he comprehends even the deepest sigh of our breath. He knows and he sees the plans that we make. Nothing escapes his sight. Nothing evades His glance. Nothing eludes His understanding. He is all knowing. The knowledge that he has of us supersedes even the understanding of our own selves, and he wants you to know that He understands you. He understands the deepest parts of you and He is acquainted with each of you individually. You were created by Him and for Him.
Yahweh sees all. He sees us when we stand between two opinions. He sees when our heart is good towards each other, and he sees when our hearts turn towards evil. He is the judge of our thoughts. He is the judge of the words that we speak. He is the judge of our actions towards each other. Is this not why he established the 10 words? Such a simple guide. For our lives to live in harmony with Him and with one another. When these few words are broken, It affects a crack in relationships to the point of causing a relationship to break asunder. Whether the relationship is with the Most High himself, or if the relationship is with our brothers, our sisters, mothers, fathers or our spouses. Whether the relationship is with the members of the body of Christ or with those that are in the world. The 10 words can affect our behavior positively if we yield to Him and live according to his words. They have not changed, nor will they ever.
We are called to that standard, those 10 words. We are called to the standard to love the LORD our God, with all our heart, all our mind, all our soul, all our strength. We are called to the standard to love one another as Christ has loved us. Yes, we are human and we do fall, but we are not utterly cast down. I thank Him for his grace, and the blood of the Lamb that cleanses us from all unrighteousness. I thank him.
So, remember and never forget, “You Are Called To A Standard.” This is what He says to us all this evening. Remember that you are called to a standard.
