Laurie Ann Espinoza, 63, of Odessa, Texas, entered eternal life on Monday, March 30, 2026. She was born on September 3, 1962, in Amherst, Texas, to Rudolfo "Rudy" Espinoza and Juanita "Janie" Espinoza.

Laurie was one of five children and a proud graduate of Littlefield ISD. She was a devoted mother to her three sons and a loving grandmother to seven grandchildren, who lovingly called her "Grandma" or "Mom." She also shared a special bond with her nephew, Christian Estrada, whom she loved like a son. She cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren, creating lasting memories filled with love, laughter, and connection.

Laurie had a strong work ethic and spent many years in the hotel industry, where she served in a managerial role. She took pride in her work, valued cleanliness and organization, and built meaningful relationships with her coworkers-sharing many laughs along the way.

She also had a deep and unwavering love for the Lord. Laurie found comfort and strength in reading her Bible and often turned to scripture for guidance. She found a spiritual home at Odessa Christian Faith Center, where her faith continued to grow.

Laurie was a woman who loved to stay busy and embraced life with a light spirit and joyful heart. She had a wonderful sense of humor and truly enjoyed laughing with others. Her warmth, strength, and smile will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her three sons: Brandon Austin and his spouse, Jake Austin, and daughter, Cecilia of Carmel, Indiana; Sheldon Contreras and his wife, Katrina Contreras, along with their children, Madison, Kingston, Beau, and Bryson of Odessa, Texas; and Cameron Contreras and his wife, Devonae Contreras, along with their children, Annayelee and Avah of Odessa, Texas. She is also survived by her mother, Juanita "Janie" Espinoza; two brothers, Rudy Espinoza and his wife, Mona of Lubbock, Texas, and Rene Espinoza and his wife, Debbie of Littlefield, Texas; and two sisters, Lydia Lopez and fiancé, Carmelo Alvarez of Phoenix, Arizona, and Linda Estrada and her spouse, David of Littlefield, Texas.

Laurie was preceded in death by her father, Rudolfo "Rudy" Espinoza.

A memorial service was held Thursday evening, April 2, 2026, at Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield, Texas.

A celebration of life service was held Friday morning, April 3, 2026, at Trinity Church in Littlefield, with Pastor Billy Montes officiating.

Arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
