On Feb. 19, 2026, Frank Arce Espinoza, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Viol Bond/Protective Order, that occurred on Nov. 12, 2024.
The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the County Jail. The defendant was credited with 383 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fines and costs to run concurrrent.
He is ordered to pay Court Costs in the amount of $270.
Discharging Supervision
On Friday, Feb. 20, 2026, a request from the District Attorney’s office about a case on Isidro Escalona, the judge’s response was: “On this the 20th day of February 2026, came on to be considered the matter of determining whether or not the finding heretofore entered in this cause against the defendant, Isidro Escalona, should be set aside and the defendant discharged from Community Supervision, and it appearing to the Court that said the defendant did, on the 15th day of February, 2024, plead Guilty to the misdemeanor offense of Terroristic Threat of Family/Household, and further proceedings having been suspended under conditions of Community Supervision for a term of two (2) years; and “It further appearing to the Court that the defendant has completed all of the original supervision period, with all conditions of Community Supervision having been satisfactorily fulfilled; “It is therefore ordered that the community supervision of Johnny Flores Tanguma, is terminated and he is discharged there from.”
Motion to Dismiss
On Thursday, March 5, 2026, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Tomas Morales- Gomez, for the reason: “the Defendant has entered into a pre-trial Diversion/ intervention agreement.”
The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on March 05, 2026, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.
On Friday, February 20, 2026, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Victor Rajjaunh Harvey, for the reason: “ other: the Defendant’s Probation was revoked in cause No. DCR-6186-21, with TDCJ punishment assessed.”
The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on February 11, 2026, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.
