Israel ‘Chow’ Garza, 24, of Littlefield, TX, passed away on Dec. 6, 2025, in Littlefield. He was born on July 22, 2001, in Levelland, TX, to Valerie Ann Cristan.
Israel’s life was far from easy, but he always tried to make the best of it. He had the ability to find something funny in anything. He never wanted to see anyone upset or sad. With a few simple words he could change the way your day was going. He enjoyed collecting action figures. He was a big Batman and loyal Cowboys fan. He enjoyed game night. Throughout his high school career, he was referred to by many as ‘Chow’.
Those left to cherish Israel’s memory are his mother; two brothers; two sisters; two nephews; his grandfather; four aunts and their spouses; an uncle; and numerous cousins and extended family members and friends.
Israel was preceded in death by his grandparents. Funeral services for Israel ‘Chow’ Garza will be held Saturday morning, Dec. 13, 2025, at Grace Chapel within Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield, Texas. Interment will follow in Littlefield Memorial Park.
