On Aug. 8, 2025, Tamiya Airee Sertuche entered a guilty plea to the offense of Possession of Marijuana <2oz, that occurred on June 1, 2025. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for 12 months.
She also has to pay $365 in Reimbursement Fees and $270 in court costs.
Motion to Dismiss
On Thursday, September 4, 2025, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Kenzi Lane Hartwell, for the reason: “It best serves the interests of justice.”
