The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on October 27, 2023, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.

On Monday, November 13, 2023, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Raymond Pete Contreras, for the reasons: “it best serves the interests of justice.”

The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on November 13, 2023, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.

On Thursday, November 9, 2023, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Roberto Leonardo Marquez, for the reasons: “it best serves the interests of justice” and “witness unlocatable.”

The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on November 9, 2023, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.

On Thursday, November 16, 2023, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Iyvonne Villanueva, for the reasons: “the Defendant has entered into a pre-trial diversion/ intervention agreement.”

The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on November 16, 2023, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.

On Wednesday, November 15, 2023, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Santiago Quintero Garcia, for the reasons: “plea bargain – plea in DCR-63652-23 with punishment assessed.”

The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on November 15, 2023, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.

On Tuesday, November 28, 2023, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Ronald Deonta Dunn, for the reasons: “plea bargain – plea in DCR-6342-23 with punishment assessed.”

The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on November 28, 2023, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.

On Wednesday, December 7, 2023, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Wesley Ryan Quigley, for the reasons: “the defendant has entered into a pre-trial intervention agreement.”

The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on December 7, 2023, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.

Waiver of Jury Trial

On Oct. 26, 2023, Joshua John Garza, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Speeding 10% or over, that occurred on Jan. 25, 2023.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant ordered to pay fines in the amount of $1 and Court Costs in the amount of $270.

On Oct. 27, 2023, Rey Matias Sandoval, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Poss Marij <2oz, that occurred on Sept. 20, 2021.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 180 days confinement in the Lamb County Jail, but the Sentence of Confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for two years.

He is ordered to pay fines in the amount of $500 and Court Costs in the amount of $357.

On Nov. 16, 2023, Taegan Polk, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which they were convicted: Driving While Intoxicated BAC >=0.15, that occurred on Sept. 1, 2023.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the Lamb County Jail, but the Sentence of Confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for two years.

They are ordered to pay fines in the amount of $500, Court Costs in the amount of $270 and Restitution in the amount of $60.

On Dec. 4, 2023, Edward Roque, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Assault Causes Bodily Inj, that occurred on Feb. 27, 2019.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 180 days confinement in the Lamb County Jail, but the Sentence of Confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for one year.

He is ordered to pay Court Costs in the amount of $270 and Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $50.

On Dec. 7, 2023, Jaden Taylor, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Driving While Intoxicated BAC >=0.15, that occurred on Oct. 7, 2023.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the Lamb County Jail, but the Sentence of Confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for two years.

He is ordered to pay fines in the amount of $600 and Court Costs in the amount of $270.

On Dec. 7, 2023, Austin Charles Beaudoin, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Driving While Intoxicated, that occurred on Feb. 26, 2023.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the County Jail, but the Sentence of Confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for two years.

He is ordered to pay fines in the amount of $1,100, Restitutionin the amount of $60 and Court Costs in the amount of $270.

On Dec. 7, 2023, Jonathan Daniel Davila, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Assault Causes Bodily Inj, that occurred on Aug. 20, 2022.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 7 days confinement in the Lamb County Jail. He was given seven days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs.

He is ordered to pay Court Costs in the amount of $270.

On Dec. 7, 2023, John Ryan Soliz, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Poss Marij <2oz, that occurred on April 29, 2022.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was ordered to pay fines in the amount of $230 and Court Costs in the amount of $270.
