The Olton Jr. High school students second six- weeks reward party was a blast! Big shoutout to the awesome Student Council for planning such a fun event.Students who met the goals got to enjoy ice cream sundaes, Coke floats, and cones while playing volleyball, badminton, football, and more!

Commissioners hold regular meeting Monday

The Commissioners Court of Lamb County held their regular Monday, November 10th in the Lamb County Courthouse, where an 11—item agenda was considered for appropriate action.The meeting was called to order at 10 a.m. by Lamb County Judge James DeLoach and there was nobody present for Public Comment.

Community Trade Days set for Saturday

Littlefield Community Trade Days is set for Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.The event will take place at the Ag Building, located at 1500 S. Hall Avenue in Littlefield. The event is set to have lots of items for early Christmas Shopping Admission is free.

Mark Grace wins Week 11 Football Contest

The Lamb County Leader-News’ annual football contest just wrapped up week 11 last week, leaving just one week left in this year’s contest.This week, we had four contestants tie for the top spot with a mark of 16-4. They were: Ed Dabrowski, Stephanie Dabrowski, Teresa Dabrowski and Mark Grace.

St. Philip Neri Catholic Church of Pep, Texas will host their 80th annual Thanksgiving Sausage Sales on Wednesday, Nov 26, 2025.Pep’s famous German sausage, Breakfast sausage, Sauerkraut, Homemade bread and Desserts will be for sale in the parish hall from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
