These cases were tried before the Judge of the 154th District Court of Lamb County in late March and early to mid April, 2021 Waiver of Jury Trials For the March 30, 2021 guilty plea from Christopher Weaver, on the third degree felony indictment charge of Prohibited Substance / Item in Correctional Facility, Weaver was sentenced to 10 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Correctional Institutions Division. The sentence was to begin March 30, 2021.
