Sudan H.S. One-Act Play advances to UIL Area Competition

On March 25, the Sudan High School One-Act Play competed in the Bi-District UIL Competition at Post High School and advanced to the Area UIL contest.“This is a very solid and balanced cast,” One-Act Play Director Jonathan Robertson said.

The Littlefield High School gym bustled with activity on April 1, 2026, as voting for cheer tryouts, the introduction of the new student council and class officers and the annual cake auction took place.Three mascots and 23 students tried out for a spot on the junior varsity or varsity squad.

Gas prices continue to climb

U.S. gas prices jumped past an average of $4 a gallon for the first time since 2022 again as the Iran war continues to drive fuel prices up worldwide.According to motor club AAA, the national average for a gallon of regular gasoline is now $4.
