Recently Maria Bengel presented First Federal Bank with a flag, that she had flown in honor of the bank that has been with her throughout her career. She stated, “I have been in the service for 37 years in the Army Reserves and will continue to serve for the next two years but the great thing about that is FFB has always assisted me no matter where in the world I was. I could call and Lou and Lynn were always there to assist me and once they retired, the staff didn’t miss a beat and continued to assist me when I needed it. I took my last tour, that I thought, in 2021-2022 to Kuwait. Which for me it was a complete circle because I went thru Kuwait in 2003 when I went to Iraq. I had this flag flown in honor of the bank that has been with me throughout my career. First Federal Bank has never let me down and it is a bank that I have and will continue to use.” (Submitted Photo)
