Javon Darr Roberts, 33, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Tamper/Fabricate Phys Evid w/intent to impair 37.09(c) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 16th day of May, 2023.
His bond is set at $5,000. Edwin Mauricio Gutierrez, 17, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Murder 19.02(c) PENAL CODE F1, that occurred on or about the 30th day of January, 2023.
His bond is set at $75,000. Pete Zamora, 46, of Olton, was indicted on a charge of Invasive Visual Recording 21.15(c) PENAL CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 22nd day of February, 2023.
His bond is set at $15,000 and he is to have no contact with the victims.
Jose Delapaz Cabrera-Canales, 39, of Houston, was indicted on a charge of Smuggling of Persons 20.05(b) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 01st day of May, 2023.
His bond is set at $7,500. Victoria Maria Alvarado, 30, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Abandon Endanger Child INT/Know/Reck/Crim Neglect 22.04(f) PENAL CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 14th day of June, 2023.
Her bond is set at $7,000 and he is to have no unsupervised contact with the victim.
Joshua Michael Mendoza, 29, of Muleshoe, was indicted on a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter W/Vehicle 49.08(b) PENAL CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 18th day of September, 2022.
His bond is set at $50,000. He was also indicted on a charge of Intoxication Asault W/ Vehicle SBI 49.07(c) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 18th day of September, 2022.
His bond is set at $25,000.
