General Elections for Lamb County to be held Saturday

Lamb County City Councils and School Boards will be conducting elections Saturday, May 4, 2024.

Littlefield

Littlefield City Council Election General Election will be held jointly with the Littlefield Independent School District election on Saturday, May 4, 2024, for the purpose of electing two (2) City Council members for District 1 and District 2 to fill expiring terms on the Littlefield City Council and for District 3 on the Littlefield Independent School Board.

Candidates for City Counsel are:

District 1- Eric Saenz is unopposed for District 1, so the election for that district is canceled.

District 2- Robert G. Nichols, Michael Rangel

Candidates for Littlefield Independent School District are:

District 3: Reese P. Rogers, Brian Acevedo Election Day voting will be held in the Littlefield City Council Chambers located at 525 Phelps Avenue from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm.

Earth

The City of Earth election will be held on May 4, 2024 for the purpose of electing a Mayor and two (2) Alderman at Large.

The candidates for Mayor are: Eddie Nieto, Andres Reyes, John Kelley and Guillermo William Flores.

Candidates for Alderman are: Fred Johnson, Malachi Samaron, Glen O. Tippett, and Glenn Bulls.

Election Day voting will be held in the Community Room located behind City Hall at 104 N. Birch from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm.
