154th DISTRICT COURT

Revoke Community Supervision

The original Communuity Supervision Order for Zachary Culp, on a third degree felony charge of Obstruction or Retaliation that occurred June 27, 2017, went before the 154th District Court on Jan. 7, 2021 on a filing by the state to revoke the community supervision, and it was revoked.

He was sentenced to five years in the Institutional Division, TDCJ, to run concurrently with two other cases.

Waiver of Jury Trials

Serena Kay Linn-Marks entered a plea of Nolo Contendere to the second degree felony offense of possession of controlled substance PG 1>=4G less than 200G, Lesser included offense. The sentence of 10 years in TDCJ, Correctional Institutions Division was suspended, and the defendant placed on community supervision for five years.

Joe Paul McCanick, Jr. entered a guuilty plea to the third degree felony charge of Tampering / fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair evidence; and the sentence of confinement of eight years in TDCJ, Correctional Institution Division was suspended, and the defendant placed on community supervision for five years.

Brandy Lee Richardson entered a guilty plea to the State Jail Felony charge of Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1G-lesser included offense, and was sentenced to nine months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, CID — State Jail.

Jose Losano Soto entered a guilty plea to the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Driving While Intoxicated — Lesser included offense, and the sentence of confinement of 30 days in the County Jail was suspended, and defendant placed on community supervision for two years.

Adrianna Nicole Perez entered a guilty plea to the state jail felony charge of Burglary of a Building, and was sentenced to serve 165 days in the County Jail.

Catrina Williams-Robison entered a guilty plea to a state jail felony charge of Theft of Property less than $2,500 2/more previous convictions. She was sentenced to 104 days in the county jail. Order Deferred Adjudication

Judy Ward Collins entered a guilty plea to the state Jail Felony Charge of Burglary of a Building. The adjudication of Guilt Deferred; and defendant placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for three years.

Judgment Adjudicating Guilt

Catrina Williams-Robison was found guilty of the first degree felony charge of Arson with Intent to Damage Habitat / Place of Worship. She was sentenced to serve six years, in the Institutional Division of Texas Division of Criminal Justice. She is also to pay a fine of $1,000 and Restitution of $17,160 to a victim.

Joe Paul McCanick, Jr. was found guilty of the third degree felony offense of Possession of controlled substance PG 1,1G in Drug Free Zone. His sentence of confinement for two years in the Institutional Division of TDCJ was suspended, and the defendant placed on community supervision for three years.
