Commissioners to meet Monday

A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2022, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where an 11–item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.

After the Call to order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max) The items listed as “Consent Agenda Items” require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from that agenda, so that it may be considered separately. The six Consent Agenda items to be considered are: a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s). b)Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers; c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor; d) Consider and take appropriate action on payroll; e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports. f) Consider and take appropriate action on approving Treasurer’s Quarterly Report; g) Consider and take appropriate action on Tax Deed R17592; 4. Consider and take appropriate action on Bids for Sheriff’s Office Parking Lot; 5. Consider and take appropriate action on out of state travel to Oklahoma for Sheriff Maddox to attend NSA Conference; 6. Consider and take appropriate action buried lines in Precinct 4; 7. Consider and take appropriate action on Renewing contract with CIRA for Website Maintenance; 8. Consider and take appropriate action on Renewing contract with Pitney Bowes; 9. Discuss Lamb Healthcare Center operations; 10. Future agenda items; 11. Adjournment
