Applications are being accepted for the annual Kids Toy Drive, deadline is Dec. 17

Applications are now being accepted until the deadline, Tuesday, December 17, 2024. The toys will be disbursed at the Lamb County Sheriff’s office on Wednesday, December 18th from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Lamb Co. 4-H’ers compete at District 2 Pistol Shooting event

On Thursday, Nov, 7, 2024, Lamb County 4-H sent several students to Lockney, Texas, to compete in the District 2 Pistol Shooting Competition.Students from throughout the county represented three age groups: Juniors, Intermediates, and Seniors.

Lfd. HS honoring Veterans on Nov. 7

Littlefield High School will be honoring Veterans of Lamb County in a Veteran’s Day Program on Thursday, Nov. 7th.If you have served our country, LHS would love to have you attend their program.

Local student graduates from UW-Madison

Just over 1,300 students received doctoral, bachelor’s, master’s and professional degrees in August 2024 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.While there is no commencement ceremony in August, many of the graduates take part in the ceremonies the previous spring or in December.
