The Littlefield Independent School District Board of Trustees will meet in Special Session on Friday, January 10, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Jerry Blakely Administration Building.
The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows: (Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.) AGENDA: 1) Call to Order - Roll Call 2) Public Forum, Comment 3) Consent Items: Minutes 4) Deliberation in closed session under Texas Government Code 551.074 to discuss possible candidates to be appointed to fill the At Large vacancy until the next trustee election (May 2025) 5) Adjournment
If during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E. Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting.
