Wildcats rally back to slay tigers, 9-7

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity baseball team rallied past the Slaton Tigers last Tuesday night, 9-7, to take the home non-district match-up.

Lady Wolverines take first at Nolan Demel Relays

The Littlefield varsity track teams competed at the Nolan Demel Relays in Whiteface on Friday with the Lady Wolverines taking first place overall with 151 points and the Wolverines finished ninth with 9 points. Individual results are as follows: Girl’s 100-meter dash 9th Kyleigh Kennedy 14.

Wildcats hold on against Dimmitt, 11-7

Wildcats hold on against Dimmitt, 11-7

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity baseball team took down the Dimmitt Bobcats at home on Saturday, 11-7, in non-district play. Jose Medina ripped a lead-off triple to right field on an error by Gabe Montalvo, but Isaiah Rodriguez got Edwin Macias to strike out looking for out number one.

Sudan varsity track teams compete at Farwell Relays

The Sudan varsity track teams competed at the Farwell Relays on Thursday with the Nettes finishing fifth overall with 48 points and the Hornets finishing sixth with 18 points. Individual results are as follows: Girl’s 100-meter dash 14th Arianna Sanchez 15.59 16th Kaileigh Greenwalt 15.

Olton opens district play with over Owls

The Olton Mustangs’ varsity baseball team opened District play on Monday with a victory over Hale Center on the road, 15-3. With the win, the Mustangs improve to 1-0 in district play on the season.

The Olton Mustangs’ varsity baseball team swept the season series with Hale Center on Tuesday with a, 24-4, home victory over the Owls. With the win, the Mustangs improve to 2-0 in district play.

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity baseball team went on the road last Saturday and run- ruled the Roosevelt Eagles, 14-2.

Mustangs take first place at Farwell
