The Littlefield Clinic will be offering physicals for all Littlefield Junior High and Littlefield High School students who plan to participate in athletics or band for the 2021-2022 school year.
All students planning on participating in athletics or band will be REQUIRED to complete a new physical for the 2021-2022 school year.
The cost of the physical is $10 and masks are required!
Physicals will be conducted May 18th – May 20th .
May 18th will be incoming High School girls (9th arrive at 3:45 p.m.; 10 th arrive at 4 p.m.; 11 th arrive at 4:15 p.m. and 12 th arrive at 4:30 p.m.)
May 19th will be incoming High School boys (9th arrive at 3:45 p.m.; 10th arrive at 4 p.m.; 11th arrive at 4:15 p.m. and 12th arrive at 4:30 p.m.)
May 20th will be for incoming Junior High girls and boys (7th grade girls arrive at 3:45 p.m.; 8th grade girls arrive at 4 p.m.; 7th grade boys arrive at 4:15 p.m. and 8th grade boys arrive at 4:30 p.m.)
