Dear Editor: MORE DUMPED DOGS! Four of five dogs dumped on our county road west of Littlefield again. Healthy dogs not emancipated starving dogs. These dogs were someone’s pets, well cared for and discarded with no care for their survival. The survival rate of these discarded dogs is zero.
