Edward H. 'Jeff' Brantley, 86, passed away May 21, 2021 in Albuquerque, NM, where he had lived since 1964. He was born in Amherst, TX on Sept. 11, 1934.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Joyce, his children, Mickey Brantley and wife, Kimberly, Sharla Haley and husband, Steve, and Steve Brantley and wife, Rosina. His grandchildren, Michael, Steven, Justin, Daniella, Mandy, and Lacy and their spouses, 11 great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
Jeff enjoyed decades of coaching and mentoring young people. He was a successful businessman in banking and insurance, and he loved and was active in his church.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at the Albuquerque First Baptist Church on Paseo Del Norte in Albuquerque. There will be a graveside service at Fairlawn Cemetery in Amherst, TX at a later date.
