Kevin Blount, 46, of Olton, pass away on Friday, Jan. 7, 2022, in Plainview, TX. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022, at Main Street Church of Christ, in Olton, with Mr. Callen Pinkerton and Evangelist Dallas Carrasco officiating. Interment followed at Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.
Kevin was born Dec. 3, 1975, in Plainview, to Bobby and Jan Blount. He moved to Olton in 1988 and graduated from Olton High School in 1994. On Oct. 2, 1999, he married Lacey Bunce, in Olton. Kevin’s work life was spent doing what he loved with Craig DeBerry, Charlie T. Burrus, and Monty McFadden. He was a faithful member and servant of the Main Street Church of Christ. A board member of the Olton Jr. Livestock Association, Kevin was known for helping young men and women enjoy the experience that he loved as a young man.
