On Thursday, July 7, 1988, Christina “Tina” Padilla Rejino was born to Baltazar and Avelina (Estrada) Padilla in Levelland, TX. On Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025, Tina passed away after a brave battle with cancer.
As a student at Levelland High School, Tina enjoyed softball and tennis and graduated from LHS in 2006. On Nov. 10, 2012, Tina married Aaron. In 2015, they moved to Olton. Tina supported her husband when he dreamed of opening Rejino Barbeque, and in 2018, that dream came to fruition. She was a member of the Olton community and an active member of the Plainview First Assembly.
Tina was preceded in death by her grandparent; and an uncle. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband; her daughters; her parents; her sisters. Tina was also a cherished daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, and aunt in the Rejino Family. Tina leaves behind countless other family members and friends.
A celebration of her life was held Friday afternoon, Jan. 17, 2025, at Plainview First Assembly, in Plainview, with Pastor Nelson Gonzalez officiating and under the special care of Ramage Funeral Directors.
