MOTION TO DISMISS
On Tuesday, July 26, 2023, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Tyrone Lopez Colmenero, for the reason: “the Defendant has entered into a pre-trial diverson/intervention agreement.”
The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on the 26th day of July, A.D. 2023, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.
On Wednesday, July 27, 2023, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Melanie Rangel Aguilar, for the reason: “the Defendant is innocent and was falsely accused.”
The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on the 27th day of July, A.D. 2023, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.
DEFERREDADJUDICATION
On July 18, 2023, Elijah Martinez entered a guilty plea to the offense of Poss CS PG 1/1B<1G, that occurred on Nov. 7, 2022. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for two years.
He also has to pay Restitution in the amount of $180, Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $515 and court costs in the amount of $290.
