As you all know, we try to coordinate the reading of the Declaration of Independence each year in front of, or inside the Lamb County Courthouse.
This year – we are planning to do it in Lamb County on June 30, 2023, at 9 a.m. We are hoping to have as many people from the Courthouse participate as we can.
Redman stated, “I wanted to reach out to everyone and let them know! If you have any questions or patriotic suggestions for additions, let me know.”
She said this has morphed over the years into including many various members of our community from singers, pastors, artists (with their paintings), musicians, veterans, ROTC groups, etc.
If you know of anyone who would like to contribute or add to this event, please let Redman know and she will coordinate their inclusion and involvement.
