The Littlefield Independent School District’s Board of Trustees met in special session on Thursday, April 13th in the Board Room of the Jerry Blakely Administration Building.
The Invocation was given by Will Williams and the meeting was called to order by Board President Lance Broadhurst.
No one spoke during public forum and a discussion on the Parkhill/Teinert Facility projects took place. No action was necessary.
The next item on the agenda was to deliberate and consider to approve guaranteed Maximum price amendment to Teinert Construction’s Contract for the 2021 Bond Improvement Construction.
The motion was made by Adrian Solis and seconded by Hervey Valdez Jr. to approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment to Teinert Construction’s Contract for the 2021 Bond Improvements Construction as presented. The motion carried unanimously.
With their being no further business to discuss, President Broadhurst declared the meeting adjourned at 12:40 p.m.
