The Lamb County Grand Jury for the January Term A.D. 2022 of the Lamb County 154th Judicial District Court met on Wednesday March, 29, 2023, when they returned 14 indictments.
Gerrado Hernandez was indicted on a charge of Possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B<1G 481.115( b) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 29th day of January, 2023.
And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense (hereafter styled the primary offense), on the 8th day of November 2006, in cause number F-0625930 in the 203rd District Court of Dallas County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the state jail felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1, <1g; And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense, on the 7th day of April, 2008, in cause number F0757347 in the 204th District Court of Dallas County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the state jail felony of Burglary of a Building; And it is futher pre- sented that, prior to the prior to the commission of the primary offense, on the 27th day of October, 2009, in cause number 4557 in the 154th District Court of Dallas County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the state jail felony of Burglary of a Building.
His bond is set at $3,500. Dominick Goodrich was indicted on a charge of Aggravated Kidnapping w/deadly weapon safe release 20.04(d) Penal CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 18th day of December, 2022.
His bond is set at $100,000 and he is to have no contact with Jacob Riley.
Shawn Brian Hall Jr. was indicted on a charge of Burglary of a Habitation 30.02(c)(2) Penal CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 1st day of March, 2023.
His bond is set at $7,500 and he is to have no contact with Hannah Kersey or Dixie Carter.
Brandon Donald Jr. Lautzenheiser was indicted on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1/1-B<1G 481.115( b) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 13th day of December, 2022.
His bond is set at $3,500. Joe Manzanales was indicted on a charge of Driving while Intoxicated 3rd or More IAT 49.09 (b) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 11th day of February, 2023.
And it is further presented that prior to the commssion of the charged offense (hereafter styled the primary offense), on the 10th day of June, 2009, in cause number 15931 in the County Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defen-dant was convicted of an offense relating to the operating of a motor vehicle while intoxicated; And on the 27th day of September, 2011, in cause number 16134 in the County Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was convicted of an offense relating to the operating of a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
His bond is set at $10,000. Martin Hernandez-Guerrero was indicted on a charge of Theft of a Firearm 31.03(e)(4)(C) Penal CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 18th day of February, 2023.
His bond is set at $5,000. Trennon Reese was indicted on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More IAT 49.09(b) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 23rd day of February, 2023.
And it is further presented that prior to the commission of the charged offense (hereafter styled the primary offense), on the 30th day of November, 2010, in cause number 2009- 456,105 in the County Court at Law No. 2 of Lubbock County, Texas, the defendant was convicted of an offense relating to the operating of a motor vehicle while intoxicated; And on the 22nd day of March, 2022, in cause number CCR-17955 in the County Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was convicted of an offense relating to the operating of a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
His bond is set at $10,000. Aaron McDaniel was indicted on a charge of Man Del CS PG 1 >=1G<4G 481.112(c) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 30th day of December, 2022.
His bond is set at $5,000.
