Judgment revoking supervision
On Dec. 6, 2022, Tom Adam Olivarez was charged with the 3rd Degree Felony offense of Assault Family/Household Member Prev Conv IAT, that occurred Nov. 29, 2019.
His Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to five years Institutional Division, TDCJ, and is to pay $1,790 in court costs. Olivarez is being give 299 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs.

On Dec. 7, 2022, Robert Curtis Hardcastle was charged with the 3rd Degree Felony offense of Terr Threat Imp Pub Serv/Pub Fear SBI/ Influ GV, that occurred Feb. 7, 2018.
His Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to 4.5 years Institutional Division, TDCJ, and is to pay $1,354 in Reimbursement Fees. Hardcastle is being give 718 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs.
On Dec. 20, 2022, Christian Lee Lykins was charged with the State Jail Felony offense of Tamper Fabricate Physical Evid with intent to impair, that occurred June. 17, 2018.
His Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to five years Institutional Division, TDCJ, and is to pay $854 in Reimbursement Fees. Lykins is being give 862 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs.
Deferred Adjudication
On Dec. 5, 2022, Damon Leming entered a guilty plea to the offense of Possession of Marijuana >5 Lbs<=50 Lbs, that occurred on Oct. 14, 2021. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for three years + DPS Restitution J/S with co-defendant Nathaniel Leming (DCR-6198-21) + Defendant will enter agreed judgement forfeiting 2009 Honda (DCV-20570-21).
He also has to pay a fine of $1,000, $270 in court costs, $180 in Restitution and $15 in Reimbursement Fees.
On Dec. 5, 2022, Nathaniel Leming entered a guilty plea to the offense of Possession of Marijuana >5 Lbs<=50 Lbs, that occurred on Oct. 14, 2021. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for three years + DPS Restitution J/S with co-defendant Damon Leming (DCR-6197-21) + Defendant will enter agreed judgement forfeiting $522 (DCV-2057521).
He also has to pay a fine of $1,000, $290 in court costs, $180 in Restitution and $15 in Reimbursement Fees.
Waiver of Jury Trial
On Dec. 7, 2022, Nathan Brian Schlosser, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Burglary of a building, that occurred on July 22, 2021.
The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 18 months TDCJ, CID – State Jail, but the Sentence of Confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for two years.
He is ordered to pay fines in the amount of $500, Court Costs in the amount of $290 and Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $500.
On Dec. 7, 2022, Joseph Malik Escareno, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Evading Arrest DET with Previous Conviction, that occurred on Nov. 9, 2022.
The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 24 months TDCJ, CID – State Jail, but the Sentence of Confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for three years.
He is ordered to pay Court Costs in the amount of $290 and Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $15.
Judgment of Conviction by Jury
On Dec. 7, 2022, Louis Fred Gonzales was convicted by a jury of the offense Burglary of a Building, that occurred on July 6, 2022. The Jury found the defendant guilty and he was sentenced to 10 years TDCJ, Correctional Institutions Division. The defendant was given 129 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs.
He is also to pay a fine of $10,000 and court costs in the amount of $290.
Adjudicating Guilt
Joseph Malik Escareno entered a True Plea to a Motion to Adjudicate the state jail felony charge of Possession of a controlled substance PG 1/1-B <1G, that occurred on May 5, 2022. He was sentenced to 24 months State Jail Division, TDCJ, but the sentence of confinement was suspended, defendant was placed on community supervision for two years. He was given 29 day of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs.
He is also ordered to pay $805 for court costs.
