Motion to Dismiss
On Tuesday, January 3, 2023, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Sylvia Lynn Crumpton, for the reason: “the Defendant entered into a pre-trial diversion/intervention agreement.”
The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on the 23rd day of May, A.D. 2022, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.
